Thursday, March 18, 2010. A new team member who just joined the project confused as she felt that her super busy supervisor does not provide enough instruction or assignment for her. Apparently, her supervisor is a person who expects his reports to be independent and running everything with minimum supervision. Anyhow he is a very busy person as far as I can remember him correctly. 3 The communication within team is bad.

What comes to your mind when you hear that word? Maybe , chocolate bunnies, or white fuzzy bunnies. Or spring chicks and white lilies. Whatever came to my mind before, has been changed forever by an event this past Easter celebration. Let me share the story with you. May we choose to be better.
